How long does it take to process and ship an order?

All items are custom made, which means delivery can take up to two weeks. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, often sooner than the estimated timeframes. During busy periods, processing orders may take longer.

To avoid delays, some items may be shipped separately: allowing you to receive parts of your order sooner than others.

Can I return or exchange any custom merchandise?

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

What types of merchandise do you offer?

We offer a wide range of custom products inspired & made by: ex-police, ex-fire & rescue, ex-ambulance and ex-army services. More products will be released so keep up-to-date with our website!

How can I donate my unwanted, decommissioned public service items?

We gratefully accept donations of decommissioned public service items.

All donated items are handcrafted into bespoke merchandise, sold to support charitable causes and used to celebrate and sustain our amazing public services.
